Hello Johnny, Sorry for the late reply.
To answer your question.
All dolls comes with some sort of cotton balls behind the eyes.(Unless you have the robotic head)
But be careful taking the eyes out or putting them back in as you might damaged the eyelashes lol!
And yes, you are correct, you can make the eyes look bigger if you put more cotton behind the eyes.
You can also position the eyeball to your liking by pressing on them and move them around if you are doing a photoshoot.
